Laura Moss, founder of Sound Healing Hearts, supports women navigating grief after the loss of a loved one, especially those who feel they have lost themselves in the process and are overwhelmed by overthinking, guilt, and the pressure to stay strong for everyone else. Through one to one support, group sessions, and gentle practices such as breathwork and sound baths, she helps women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin to feel like themselves again.

Tiny Treasures Baby Castings and Keepsakes creates beautiful, handmade memory pieces to treasure forever. From 3D hand and foot castings and sculptures to print jewellery, each piece is thoughtfully designed to capture life’s most meaningful moments. Their inclusion jewellery collections include breastmilk and memorial stones, created with care for every stage of life, from newborns through to end of life, including fur babies too.
Little Lavenders
Little Lavenders baby massage classes are designed to nurture bonding, support baby development and create a calm welcoming space for mums to connect. These sessions bring local parents together through relaxation, shared experiences and a supportive community for both baby and parent.
